Liberty Recording Solutions provide digital audio and video recording for custodial interview rooms, courtrooms, city councils, and other venues. The program uses standard VHS-like start, stop and record buttons. The recorded material is saved into a single file on the recording system hard drive. Optionally, the file may be automatically and simultaneously recorded to a secure file server and saved onto a CD or DVD format. The recordings can later be transcribed or provided to other agencies in a universal playback format.
The recorded notes serve as "bookmarks" or cue points in the recording file. The notes may later be searched to find and identify recordings files. They also eliminate the need to fast-forward or rewind through large recording files.
The Liberty Interview Recorder (LIR) is a simple, easy-to-use recording system that captures interview and interrogation audio, video, and notes for police, law enforcement services, and other government agencies.

LIR systems are available that support multiple recording rooms on one PC, as well as multi-PC configurations supporting numerous rooms.
The Liberty system provides the ideal recording solution for both large and small police organizations. The system has been selected and implemented in large police organizations with over 1,000 badged officers, supporting civil populations of over 1 million people. Alternatively, the system has also been selected by smaller police organizations with only a single interview or interrogation room.
In the case of a large police organization, the Liberty Interview Recorder System can be supplied with a browser interface feature that links the user to a database of the recording files. The browser interface provides search and retrieve functions that in turn provide the force with quick access to all of their recording files through a central web interface. For smaller police organizations, the recorder may be installed onto a single computer to record a single interview room. In such a case, a local search and retrieval program may be used to find files and a database is not generally required. Contact us to learn more.
Liberty Court Recorder can record up to 32 discrete channels, making it the ideal solution to address the needs of small hearings, depositions, courtrooms, or larger meetings and assemblies. Options also include a laptop configuration that allows the mobile user to create multi-channel recordings.
The Liberty Court Recorder has been certified by Microsoft on the Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 Operating Systems.
The Liberty Meeting Recorder is designed to record and optionally stream the audio and video of meetings such as city and town councils, assemblies, or any meeting where the minutes are saved in Microsoft Word. The Liberty Meeting Recorder integrates with Word and allows the user to create "bookmarks" as cue points in the recording files. The Liberty Meeting Recorder also allows for roll call, motions, and votes to be inserted directly into the Word Document. The resulting material may be transcribed or saved for posting on a website.
